The price of gold and silver has increased in the first trading day of the week in the domestic market today. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of gold has been fixed at Rs 300,500 per tola (11.66 grammes) today against Rs 291,000 on Friday. It has increased by Rs 9,500 per tola.
Similarly, the price of silver has increased by 300 per tola and reached Rs 5,010 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 4,710 per tola on Friday. According to international media, gold is being traded at Rs 4467 US dollar per ounce and silver at 77 US dollar per ounce in the international market today.
