The price of gold in the Nepali market reached another record high on Tuesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, the price of gold rose by Rs 8,100 in a single day, reaching Rs 248,500 per tola. On Monday, gold was traded at Rs 240,400 per tola.
Silver prices have also seen a sharp rise, increasing from Rs 3,220 per tola on Monday to Rs 3,325 per tola on Tuesday, the highest ever recorded.
