The price of gold in Nepal has dropped by Rs 4,000 per tola over the past four trading days.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold was priced at Rs 197,600 per tola on July 21 (7th Shrawan), but has now declined to Rs 193,600. The price remained unchanged on Sunday and Monday, with no fluctuation compared to the previous day.
The highest recorded gold price to date was Rs 197,900 per tola on April 21 (9th Baisakh).
Meanwhile, silver prices have increased by Rs 5 per tola. The price, which stood at Rs 2,290 per tola the previous day, rose to Rs 2,295 today.
