Emerging Echoes is an exhibition featuring the works of 16 Master of Fine Arts (MFA) students from the Central Department of Fine Arts, Tribhuvan University. The exhibition is on display at the Nepal Art Council, Babarmahal. The exhibition kicked off on March 29 and continued till April 1.

According to a press statement, this marks a significant milestone as it’s the first time the university has held an exhibition in this prestigious gallery space, transitioning from previous exhibitions held solely within the confines of the college.

The exhibition showcases diverse artistic expressions, with 11 students specialising in painting, four in printmaking, and one in sculpture. It added that this exhibition represents an opportunity to step into the broader art world and engage with a wider audience, gaining invaluable experience and insights into their artistic journeys for the participating artists.

It stated that interacting with visitors provides a unique opportunity for these emerging artists to receive feedback, engage in dialogue, and explore new perspectives. It is a pivotal moment in their artistic development, marking the beginning of what promises to be a rich and rewarding journey of growth and exploration.
