Kathmandu, July 25
A 20-year-old woman has been found dead in mysterious circumstances in Gajuri of the Dhading district, around 75 km west of Kathmandu, on Sunday.
Samjhana Roka was missing for the past 10 days, but her body was recovered in the Parwang jungle, Gajuri-8 of the district today, informs DSP Yuba Raj Khadka of the District Police Office.
The body has already decayed, Khadka says, adding, “We are yet to decide the postmortem will take place at some hospital in the district or elsewhere.”
The place where the body has been found is around 300 metres away from her house.
Further investigation is underway.
