Kathmandu, December 18
A Bolivian national has been arrested in possession of three kilogram cocaine at Tribhuvan International Airport of Kathmandu on Tuesday. A team deployed from the Narcotics Control Bureau of Nepal Police arrested the 41-year-old woman at around 9 am yesterday.
The suspected drug peddler had landed in Kathmandu from a Fly Dubai flight when police nabbed her. The contraband was wrapped in plastic and hidden under her jacket.
The bureau says further investigation is underway.
