Kathmandu, July 17
The Bajhangi Deuda festival was joyfully celebrated at Tundikhel, Kathmandu on the occasion of Saune Sankranti.
Organised on Thursday by the Bajhangi Society Kathmandu, the event marked both the Saune Sankranti and the traditional Deuda festival.
Participants performed the Bajhangi Deuda dance, aiming to preserve and promote the language, culture, and identity of the Sudurpaschim and Karnali regions of Nepal.
