Nawalparasi, May 30
Rudra Narayan Chaudhary alias Ashish, a suspect in the suspicious death of Manisha Gharti Magar (17), sister of Nepal’s ace footballer Bimal Gharti Magar, is undergoing polygraph test on Monday.
A team from the Pokhara-based Western Regional Police Office will subject Ashish to the test on Monday afternoon, Rajendra Prasad Chaudhary, SP at the Nawalparasi district police office, informed. Ashish is in police custody in connection with the suspicious death.
The test helps detect whether a person is lying or telling the truth. It will take one-two days to get the report, Chaudhay said, adding that this will help move the police investigation ahead.
