The Supreme Court has upheld the pardon that President Ramchandra Paudel granted to Resham Chaudhary, the founding leader of the Nagarik Unmukti Party.
A bench of Justices Sharanga Subedi and Shrikant Paudel dismissed the writ petition filed against Chaudhary’s pardon.
