Kathmandu, September 17
Nepal has been placed in Group D of the FIFA U-15 World Cup & Festival Azerbaijan 2026.
Following Thursday’s public group draw, Nepal will compete against Brazil, DR Congo, El Salvador, Guinea-Bissau and Tunisia.
Brazil are the strongest side in Group D, giving Nepal the chance to face teams from Africa, North America and other continents outside Asia.
Teams from around the world have been divided into groups for the tournament, to be held in Azerbaijan, with the six teams in Group D, including Nepal, playing each other in the group stage.
Group D teams: Brazil, DR Congo, El Salvador, Guinea-Bissau, Tunisia and Nepal.
