Nepal’s spin duo Lalit Rajbanshi and Sandeep Lamichhane have improved their positions in the latest ICC ODI bowling rankings.

According to the rankings updated by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday, based on performances through Tuesday, left-arm spinner Rajbanshi climbed five places to 40th, while leg-spinner Lamichhane moved up three places to 46th.

Their improved rankings follow their performances in the ACC Premier Cup, which concluded last Saturday.

Nepal’s semi-final against Oman and final against the UAE were granted ODI status.

Rajbanshi took two wickets each against Oman and the UAE.

Lamichhane claimed three wickets against Oman and one against the UAE.

The two spinners played key roles in Nepal’s bowling attack during the tournament as the team secured the Premier Cup title.
