One person has been arrested along with explosive firecrackers. Police arrested Sujan Kapali of Kavre for storing and secretly selling and distributing the material at a house in Bhurungkhel, Kathmandu.
Police searched his rented room on Monday at 5 pm. They recovered 52 varieties of firecrackers from his room.
