Kathmandu, August 30
The price of gold dropped by Rs 9,500 per tola in a single day on Sunday.
The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has set the price of gold at Rs 309,000 per tola for Sunday, down from Rs 318,500 on the previous trading day.
Gold was traded at Rs 320,900 per tola on Thursday and Rs 322,100 on Wednesday.
The price of silver also fell by Rs 185 per tola on Sunday.
Silver, which was priced at Rs 4,965 per tola on the previous trading day, is being traded at Rs 4,780 per tola today.
