Janakpurdham, July 31
The Nepal Railway Company Limited has suspended railway service along the Jaynagar-Janakpur-Bhangaha sector until further notice. Issuing a notice today, the Company’s central office, Janakpurdham, in Dhanusha, shared that the railway service has been closed until further notice considering the passengers’ safety following the curfew order imposed by the District Administration Office, Dhanusha.
The Company could not provide the rail service along the Jayanagar-Janakpur-Bhangaha railway section until the curfew order exists, reads the notice issued by the Officiating Administrative Chief, Ajay Kumar Singh. Apologising for the inconvenience caused to passengers, the company mentioned that the rail service would resume once the situation returns to normalcy.
