Death toll from landslides and floods rises to 52 across Nepal

The death toll from landslides and floods triggered by continuous rainfall on Friday and Saturday has reached 52.

According to the latest report from Nepal Police, a total of 52 people have lost their lives across the country.

Among them, the highest number of deaths has been reported in the districts of Koshi Province. In Ilam alone, 37 people have died, while Udayapur and Khotang each reported 2 deaths, and Panchthar reported 8 deaths.

Similarly, 3 people have died in Rautahat due to flooding.
