Pokhara, March 3
A forty-two-year-old Romanian citizen, whose glider lost control and fell into Fewa Lake on Sunday morning has succumbed to injuries.
Chihjer’s glider lost control while landing on Sunday morning. Police say that a gale whipped him straight into the lake. He suffered a lot of injuries and was rushed to Fewa City Hospital for treatment.
Chihjer had taken permit from Blue Sky Paragliding Company to fly his glider from Sarangkot.
The doctors pronounced him dead during the course of his treatment.
