Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli says the government will take a tough stance against ‘negative elements’ that are obstructing development and discouraging foreign investment.
Prime Minister Oli, who was addressing a programme organised to mark the 69th Democracy Day, said that attempts to obstruct Nepal’s march towards prosperity will not be tolerated.
“The government will adopt a tough stance against those who are undertaking these kinds of activities,” said Oli.
The Prime Minister said that Nepal’s conflict management process was nearing its end and it did was capable of resolving issues related to it on its own.
Oli said that the international investment summit scheduled for next month will help pave the way for new investors to come to Nepal.
