Kathmandu has been selected as one of the must-see cities in the world by Lonely Planet. Qatar Airways recently organised a function to celebrate this recognition with NTB, NATTA and the travel fraternity
Addressing the event, Qatar Airways Country Manager Jayaprakash Nair praised the effort of NTB, NATTA and the travel fraternity for this international recognition which will help Nepal achieve its dream of welcoming 2 million tourists by 2020.
NTB CEO Deepak Raj Joshi said the recognition was a result of joint efforts by the government, NTB, airlines, and tourism entrepreneurs. C.N Pandey, President of NATTA congratulated all stakeholders on achieving the feat.
