Kathmandu, December 9
Former Health Minister and Nepali Congress senior leader Gagan Thapa has won the Kathmandu-4 seat in Federal Parliament.
The race between Thapa and the UML’s Rajan Bhattarai was one of the closely followed contests of Nepal Elections 2017. While Thapa received 29,558 votes, Bhattarai finished second with 18,140 votes.
