Landslides at Chandibhanjyang VDC-6 have brought traffic movement to a halt along the Narayangadh-Mugling road.
According to police, landslides that occurred between Four Kilo and Five Kilo at 6.30 am on Sunday also caused damage to the houses of Gore Gurung and Kamal Gurung.
Efforts to remove the debris have already begun and police say it may be possible to reopen the road by 10 am. With the road shut, a huge number of vehicles have remained stuck on the road.
