Dhangadhi, August 12
Two persons have died when an SUV fell off the road from Bhasu Bhir of the Kailali district on Wednesday evening.
The Bolero (Province 3-01-023 Cha 9095) heading towards Doti from Dhangadhi, the Kailali district headquarters, fell off the road at Pangal, Chure rural municipality-3, Kailali.
The victims have been identified as Elisa Khadka (5) from Jorayal rural municipality-1 of the Doti district and Durga Saud (36) from Chure-6 of the Kailali district, informs the Sudurpaschim Provincial Traffic Police Office, Attariya. Seriously injured in the accident, both died during treatment at the Padma Hospital in Attariya.
Three others including the vehicle driver are injured and they are undergoing treatment at Maya Metro Hospital in Dhangadhi.
The vehicle had fallen off around 300 metres down the road.
