One person died and four others sustained injuries when an SUV turned turtle in Naraharinath rural municipality of the Kalikot district in Karnali on Tuesday.
The victim has been identified as Pampha Phadera (35) a permanent resident of Sanni Triveni rural municipality-3 of the district.
The injured are out of danger.
The four-wheeler (Ka 1 Ja 23) was carrying 14 passengers, but others are safe, informs SSP Arjun Chand, the spokesperson of the Provincial Police Office in Surkhet.
Police claim the vehicle turned turtle on the roadside due to a sloppy and steep road.
