The first edition of Yagyashala Bhajan Sanjh concluded successfully at Yagyashala Nepal, a religious centre located in Kaushaltar, Bhaktapur, on January 1.

The program was organised to promote Bhajans among the youth. According to the organisers, Yagyashala Bhajan Sanjh is not only a part of the New Year celebration but also signifies a unique approach to celebrating a new beginning.

During the two-hour-long program, performances were given by Ujjwal Saagar, Roshan Bhasima, Bishnu Dev, Prasun Sangroula, Bijay Sadhak, Aarzoo Parajuli, and Niyati Parajuli. They performed bhajans by Bhakta Raj Acharya, Anup Jalota, Lata Mangeshkar, and others.

“We are planning to organise a Bhajan Festival very soon, and today’s Bhajan Sanjh has been a great start,” said Jesson Adhikari, founder of Yagyashala Nepal. “We will also be continuing Yagyashala Bhajan Sanjh.”
