Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited has been awarded an Excellence in Learning and Development Award at the first-ever award session at the HR Meet 2021 organised by Growth Sellers, an independent HR consulting firm.
Over 250 people including national and international speakers and facilitators had participated in the event held last week.
The award was presented to the bank in the recognition of its effort to consistently develop the skillsets of its employees and for providing the necessary motivation to grow, the bank says in a statement.
The award winners in various categories were decided by a jury consisting of veteran personalities from the HR domain of Nepal.
On the first day of the event, Anirvan Ghosh Dastidar, the CEO of Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited, was a keynote speaker, and he shared his views on HR as a strategic partner.
