Kathmandu, November 8
The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought a written reply from suspended CIAA Chief Commissioner Lokman Singh Karki and three others on obstructions they created when court staff tried to serve Karki a summons.
The court ruling states that the defendants will have to present themselves in the court to furnish their replies.
