Realme’s latest budget smartphone, the Realme C67 5G, has been officially unveiled. This budget-friendly device extends the success of the well-received Realme C series, joining the ranks of the Realme C55, Realme C53, and Realme C51. Positioned within the budget category, the C series smartphones by Realme boast an appealing design coupled with commendable performance specifications.
The Realme C67 5G is a recent addition to the lineup, and it is essentially a rebranding of the popular Realme Narzo 60x 5G. The key distinctions lie in the addition of the Mini Capsule feature, IP protection, and a variety of colour options exclusive to the C67 5G.

Design and Display
The Realme C67 5G has the same dimensions, weight, and design as its predecessor, the Realme Narzo 60x. This consistent design approach is not unique to the C series but extends to the Realme number series as well, exemplified by the Realme 11 5G and the 11x 5G. The back is made up of plastic and has a round camera module like a sad emoji. The camera lens acts like the eyes whereas the flash acts as the mouth. The back has a sparkly matte finish, whereas the plastic frame has a shiny finish with rounded edges.
On the front, it has a hole-punch cutout that houses the selfie camera. The selfie camera also has a dynamic island feature like in the Apple iPhone 14 Pro series and the whole iPhone 15 series which was first featured by Realme in their Realme C55 smartphone. Realme calls it the Mini Capsule 2.0. The Mini Capsule is not a physical and separate area like Apple iPhones but a software feature. The Mini Capsule displays weather, time, date, notification, alarm, calls and many more.
The Realme C67 5G has a 6.72-inch IPS LCD panel with an FHD+ resolution of 1,080 by 2,400 pixels. It has a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. It has a screen-to-body ratio of 91.40 per cent, for an impressive viewing experience. The display has a typical brightness of 550 nits and a peak brightness of 680 nits.
It also has an IP rating of IP54 dust and splash resistance for extra protection.
Performance and Storage
The Realme C67 5G is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ 5G chipset built on a 6nm architecture. It has an octa-core CPU, featuring two high-performing Cortex-A76 cores and six energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores. It is paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU to handle the graphics performance. It runs on Android 13 with Realme UI 4.0 operating system. The software experience is okay with a few in-built apps and ads.
It has two RAM options of 4 GB and 6 GB. The 6 GB RAM option has a virtual RAM feature allowing the addition of 6 GB RAM for better performance. The virtual RAM feature works using the internal storage on your smartphone by creating a swap partition. As for storage both the RAM options are paired with one 128 GB option. It also has a dedicated MicroSD card slot which supports up to 2 TB of external storage.
Camera
The Realme C67 5G has a dual rear camera setup which includes a 50MP AI camera with an f/1.8 aperture, and a 77.1° field of view. The 5P lens and a focal length of 26.8mm contribute to decent images. The rear camera offers a range of modes like 50MP Mode, night mode, street mode, photograph mode, portrait Mode, professional mode, panorama mode and text scanner. The main camera can record 1080p videos at 30fps.
The front camera of the Realme C67 5G has an 8MP lens with a 5P lens, f/2.05 aperture and a wide 80° field of view. It also has features such as night mode, photograph mode, portrait mode and panorama mode. The front camera supports video recording of 1080p and 720p at 30fps.
Battery and Others
The Realme C67 5G has a large 5,000mAh battery under the hood with screen time for a day in normal usage.
It can be recharged using the in-box 33W wired charger which can charge 0-50 per cent in about 30 minutes.
In terms of connectivity, the Realme C67 5G supports Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac on dual bands and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless connectivity with other devices and accessories. It also features a dual SIM slot for convenient network usage. For audio, it has a mono speaker and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. The sensors include an accelerometer, proximity sensor and a compass.
It is available in two colours Sunny Oasis and Dark Purple.
