Janakpur, February 5
Nepali Congress have named Ram Saroj Yadav as the party’s leader in Parliament for Province 2.
Yadav was unanimously elected to the post a day after the first meeting of Province 2 assembly. Yadav is the party’s Dhanusha unit chairman.
The Nepali Congress is the fourth-largest political party in the assembly. Forum Nepal and RJP have already said they will form the government. The UML is the main opposition party in the assembly.
Talking to Onlinekhabar, Yadav said his party had not yet decided whether it wants to join the government or not. It Forum-Nepal and RJP successfully forge an alliance, we will not join the government.
