Kathmandu, April 17
President Ram Chandra Paudel has summoned a joint session of both houses of the federal parliament for April 25 at 1 PM, acting on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
The cabinet decided to call the budget session during its meeting on Tuesday evening. The previous winter session, which began on January 31, was concluded on April 1 by the President.
