Sarlahi, September 20
An elderly man was killed after being hit by a motorcycle in Gamhariya, Sarlahi. A bicyclist was also injured.
DSP Bed Prasad Gautam said the victim, Balmiki Ray, 70, was hit by a motorcycle last night.
Similarly, Mahesh Mahato, 59, who was injured in the incident, is receiving treatment at the Provincial Hospital in the district.
Police have taken motorcyclist Ram Lochan Ray of Kavilasi Municipality-6 under control. His motorcycle has also been impounded.
