Vehicle movement along the Muglin-Narayangadh road section has been halted after continuous rainfall triggered landslides at several locations.
According to the District Administration Office, Chitwan, landslides have continued to occur at various points along the road as rain persists. Authorities are working to clear the debris.
The road will remain closed until further notice, the administration said.
Authorities have urged travellers to plan their journeys accordingly in view of the closure.
