Kathmandu, August 18
A man died in Parwanipur Rural Municipality-4 in Bara after being hit by a car.
The 38-year-old Rajesh Ram of Birjgunj died after a car (Na 4 Cha 3432) hit his motorbike (Na 21 Pa 1839) on the east-west highway, on Wednesday.
Ram sustained injuries and was rushed to Narayani Vayodha Hospital for treatment, however, he succumbed to his injuries.
His daughters, Mamata Kumari, 19, and Muskan Kumari, 13, were injured in the accident and are being treated at the same hospital.
The car driver has been arrested by the police as it carries on its investigation, informed Bara District Police Office.
