Energy Minister Janardan Sharma, who is on a visit to Malaysia, says power cuts are not history in Nepal.
Sharma, who was speaking at a programme organsied by the Nepali Embassy, called on Nepalis and Malaysian investors to be confident about investing in Nepal. “All you need to say is you want to invest in Nepal, and the government will help you,” he said.
“Loadshedding is history because anyone who wants to bring it back will face tough opposition from the people,” he added.
