Kathmandu, February 1
Two people have died after a truck and a motorbike collided along the Prithvi Highway on Tanahun on Monday night.
The accident took place on the Damauli-Dumre stretch of the highway in Tanahun, informed the police. The bike (Ga 18 Pa 9295) collided with the truck (Lu 1 Kha 9832) near Bel Bhanjyang in Bandipur rural municipality, killing both the motorbike rider and the pillion rider.
The deceased have been identified as Anil Bache Magar and Bikas BK from Byas municipality-5, informed the spokesperson of the Tanahun District Police Office, Yuwaraj Khadka.
