Kathmandu, September 29
Indian Ambassador to Nepal Naveen Srivastava paid a farewell call on Prime Minister Balen Shah on Tuesday as he prepares to complete his tenure in Nepal.
Srivastava met Prime Minister Shah at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers earlier in the day.
During the meeting, Shah congratulated Srivastava on successfully completing his tenure and thanked him for his role in further deepening and diversifying Nepal-India relations.
Shah also expressed gratitude to India for its support during recent disasters in Nepal, including the floods in Rasuwa.
Srivastava is scheduled to return to India in the coming days after completing his tenure as ambassador to Nepal.
