Kathmandu, June 8
The House of Representatives is preparing to endorse the annual budget plan for the next fiscal year 2020/21 this afternoon.
As per the tentative agenda for the meeting scheduled for Monday, respective ministers will respond to the lawmakers’ queries before Minister for Finance, Yuba Raj Khatiwada, will table the Appropriation Bill seeking endorsement.
With the endorsement of the bill, decks will be cleared for the government to make expenses as allocated in the plan after the new fiscal year will begin mid-July.
Along with the Appropriation Bill, three other bills related to the annual budget plan will also be tabled, seeking endorsement, today.
