Nepal’s foreign minister Prakash Sharan Mahat met India’s Minster of State for Foreign Affairs Gen VK Singh in Delhi on Tuesday.

Mahat is on a visit to India to attend the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi. The event is being organised by prominent Indian think tanks. Mahat’s Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj has been away from work due to illness.
