Dadeldhura, February 15
Five people died and six others sustained injuries when a jeep bound for Dadeldhura district headquarters from Bhageshwor of the district met with an accident at Thulo Khola, Amargadhi-3, at 11.45 am on Wednesday. Dadeldhura district police said the cause of the accident involving the jeep numbered Se 1 Ja 833 is not yet known.
Police said rescue of the injured passengers is underway. The dead are yet to be identified. There were 11 passengers on board.
Jeep-owner Bhim Singh Thagunna and other injured have been rushed to district hospital for treatment.
