A man has been arrested on the charge of raping his own 14-year-old daughter in Dailekh of Karnali recently.
The 38-year-old suspect raped his own daughter under the influence when there was no one else at home on last Friday afternoon, the District Police Office says. DSP Anupam Shrestha claims the man used to rape her repeatedly in the past also.
“We arrested him based on a tip-off,” he says, adding the District Court remanded him to custody for further investigation.
Police are looking into the case.
