Kathmandu, October 8
The voting time for electing new leadership under the 15th General Convention of the Nepali Congress has been postponed again.
The voting, which was scheduled to begin at 1 pm, was rescheduled as preparations for the voting process had not been completed.
Voting is taking place on the fifth day of the General Convention. It was initially scheduled to begin at 10 am today.
However, the Election Committee had postponed the voting until 1 pm. It has now further postponed the voting, with the process scheduled to begin at 2 pm.
