Case filed against 3 LOD staff for allowing a minor into the club

Kathmandu, July 26

The Public Attorney’s Office has filed a case against three people for allowing a minor into Lord of the Drinks (LOD).

According to sources, a case has been filed against LOD’s chief executive officer Rabin Shrestha, front desk manager Sahadev Sedhain and staff Sapana Dhungana.

Sedhain and Dhungana are currently under custody. Shrestha has not been arrested so far but a case has been filed against him.

The minor, a 16-year-old, filed a report stating she was raped by a man who took her from the club to his office.

Nepal Police arrested club directors Rudeel Shrestha and Raju Singh Silwal. But the two were released after it was proved the two were not present at the club.
