Kathmandu, August 15
At least 24 people have died after the bus they were on fell off the road near Kotali, Birta Deurali VDC in Kavre District of central Nepal.
The bus (Ba 3 Kha 106) plunged 150 metres down the road. A police team has rushed to the scene and started a rescue operation, Kavre police said, adding that they are yet to get the details.
Home Ministry officials say a chopper was dispatched to the scene to ferry the wounded to Kathmandu.
