Dolpa, September 6
The Jajarkot-Dolpa section of the Bheri Corridor has reopened after a dry landslide blocked the road at Chhipredaha in Dolpa on Sunday morning. According to DSP Anil Raj Giri, the road was reopened after the landslide debris was cleared.
The landslide occurred at around 8:30 am at Chhipredaha in Tripurasundari Municipality-5, disrupting traffic and leaving vehicles travelling to and from Dolpa stranded at the site.
With the road reopened, the stranded vehicles have resumed their journeys to their respective destinations. Police have urged passengers and drivers to exercise caution as the road remains vulnerable to further landslides.
