ANFA to award car to best players of the year

Kathmandu, August 30

The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has decided to award a car to the best male and female players of the year.

At its executive committee meetings held on Tuesday and Thursday, ANFA decided to announce the best male and female players of the year and award them with a car as an incentive.

Similarly, the meeting also decided to provide a cash prize of Rs 200,000 and a motorcycle or scooter to the best referee and coach. Additionally, a cash prize of Rs 500,000 and a motorcycle or scooter will be given as a Lifetime Achievement Award.

ANFA has formed a three-member committee to select the best players, referees, and coaches. The committee is chaired by ANFA central member Purushottam Thapa, with Hari Khadka and Sanjiv Mishra as members.

ANFA has decided to resume its program to honour players, coaches, and referees, which had been suspended for a long time.
