Kathmandu, June 23
The government on Thursday appointed former NRB deputy governor Maha Prasad Adhikari to the post of CEO of Investment Board, Nepal (IBN).
The post had fallen vacant after CEO Radhesh Pant’s tenure in office ended recently.
IBN is authorised by the government to facilitate big ticket foreign investment in Nepal. Upper Karnali hydropower and two big cement factories with Chinese investment are some of the projects the IBN has managed.
