An SUV accident occurred in Ilam on Sunday morning, killing the driver at the scene, police said.
According to police, the SUV was heading towards Chauribazar in Chamaita, Deumai Municipality-1, when it went out of control and fell off the road.
DSP Laxmi Bhandari of the District Police Office said the deceased was identified as 21-year-old Bipin Diyali, a resident of Chamaita, Deumai Municipality-1, who was driving the Bolero jeep.
Police said an investigation into the incident has begun.
