Kathmandu, September 29
Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal left New York for Kathmandu on Tuesday after attending the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to his secretariat, Khanal departed from John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York for Kathmandu via Doha, Qatar, along with members of the Nepali delegation.
Khanal is scheduled to arrive in Kathmandu on Wednesday morning.
During the 81st session of the UN General Assembly, Khanal attended various high-level meetings and held bilateral meetings.
Prime Minister Balen Shah, who addressed the General Assembly on September 24, returned to Nepal on September 26.
