Kathmandu, September 21
Nine agenda items have been set for the CPN-UML Central Committee meeting. The meeting, which begins today, will include the presentation of Chairman KP Sharma Oli’s report, among other items.
The other agenda items are nominating members to the Central Committee, forming departments, forming the Politburo, forming the Standing Committee, and forming the Advisory Council and the Senior Communist Forum. The Central Committee will also discuss forming a Disciplinary Commission and other contemporary issues.
Vice-Chairman Bishnu Paudel, Gokarna Bista and General Secretary Shankar Pokhrel have been given the responsibility of writing the minutes of the meeting. Deputy General Secretary Yogesh Bhattarai, Secretary Padma Aryal, Surya Thapa, Niraj Acharya and Khimlal Bhattarai have been assigned to the committee to take notes on the discussion.
