Kathmandu, September 2
The price of gold fell by Rs 8,800 per tola on Wednesday. The Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has set the price of gold at Rs 297,300 per tola for Wednesday, down from Rs 306,100 per tola on the previous day.
The price of gold has fallen by Rs 21,200 per tola in just four days. Gold prices have declined continuously this week. Last Friday, gold was priced at Rs 318,500 per tola.
The price of silver also fell by Rs 185 per tola on Wednesday, bringing it to Rs 4,580 per tola. Silver has declined by Rs 385 per tola over the past three days. It was priced at Rs 4,965 per tola last Friday.
