The total length of roads across Nepal has reached 104,906 km.
According to the Economic Survey 2025/26, the road length has reached approximately that figure. The density of blacktopped (paved) roads built by the federal government has reached 138.7 meters per square kilometre.
Digital television access has now reached 82 percent of households. The Economic Survey also shows that mobile telephone subscriber density has reached 103.2.
According to the data, basic drinking water access has reached 97 percent of the population, while access to safe (treated) drinking water has reached 29 percent of the population.
