The Everest Hotel has appointed Pramod Dashora as its new General Manager, effective April 20.
According to a press statement released by the hotel, Dashora brings more than three decades of international experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with globally recognised brands such as Accor, Taj Hotels (IHCL), ITC Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group and Sheraton Hotels. His expertise covers hotel operations, revenue management, sales and marketing, and multi-property leadership, along with pre-opening assignments.
Prior to joining The Everest Hotel, he served as General Manager – Operations at Averiana Hotels & Resorts in India, where he led operational performance across multiple properties.
An academic and industry professional, Dashora is a PhD scholar in management (HR and hospitality) and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak. He holds a degree in hotel management and an MBA in marketing from the United States, along with several international certifications in hospitality and business management.
He has received multiple industry awards, including recognitions for Best General Manager, Leadership Excellence, and Operations Excellence, reflecting his contributions to service quality and business growth.
In his new role, Dashora will oversee overall hotel operations and upgrades, with a focus on enhancing guest experience, strengthening market positioning, and driving sustainable growth.
Managing Director Shariq Lari said the appointment is expected to strengthen the hotel’s leadership as it aims to expand its market presence and operational performance.
Located at New Baneshwor, The Everest Hotel is an upscale property offering over 160 rooms and suites, along with dining, banqueting, and wellness facilities catering to both business and leisure travellers.
